We need a hotel when we need to stay up somewhere while travelling. While on my mount Abu Trip, Hotel Ashoka was the best budget hotel I could look for. This is a review about Hotel Ashoka where I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Hotel Ashoka formerly known as Brijj Palace is a perfect and most suitable family hotel in Mount Abu.

Hotel Review: Hotel Ashoka, Nakki Lake, Mount Abu

It is an ideal getaway choice for tourist and travellers because of the ideal budget, and natural scenery. Hotel Ashoka Mount Abu has been in the service since it’s establishment in the year 1960.

It is been recently renovated with the new touches of art to provide better hospitality. With the new renovation, Hotel Ashoka is giving better services to the existing as well as new customers visiting Mount Abu.

History Of Hotel Ashoka

Hotel Ashoka is owned and managed by the Bansal’s- one of the oldest and wealthiest families of Mount Abu. Hotel Ashoka offers “affordable” luxury accommodations in Mount Abu with 27 standard rooms. Among them, fourteen are standard Non AC, Ten Deluxe AC and Three, four bed AC family rooms. If you are searching for an ideal hotel in Mount Abu, then you should go for Hotel Ashoka. We stayed at deluxe AC room which was of great comfort and scenic view.

Hotel Location

Talking about the location, Hotel Ashoka is situated 3 kilometers away from Dilawara Road Bus Stand. They offer Wi-Fi access at a surcharge to its clients. Nakki lake, which is a popular tourist spot here, is just about 500 meters away. So you can casually take a walk to the nearest lake for recreational purposes. It’s located on the Riverwalk so it’s an ideal location to walk around and see the sights.

Our Experience

This was an excellent hotel. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Neat hotel to stay in. Rooms were great. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and festive atmosphere of the “Kick Backs.” We needed extra towels one day because of a water mishap, and room service was very quick to get them for us. Service with a smile. This was my first stay at a hotel on the Riverwalk. It is a beautiful hotel and perfect location to walk out straight onto the Riverwalk and go to shops, restaurants, and the boats.

Also, check out my trip to Mount Abu, all the fun we had there and the amazing places I wondered! Truly a fascinating place.
